LEAP CEO ™ is a regular cadence of 1-1 coaching calls between the CEO/majority owner of the company and one of our executive advisors. As CEOs, problems invariably evolve and often intensify. The upside is that the solutions you find become increasingly profitable.

LEAP 101™ Executive Mastermind

LEAP 101™ is a LEAP Advisor facilitated, series of monthly remote group calls among your internal executive leadership team. This 5-month program is designed to arm the next generation of executive team leader with the foundational skills they will need to lead high performance teams.

Strategic Off-Site Facilitation

1-1 prep calls with key leaders, character strengths assessment, leadership team SWOT Analysis, followed by a 1.5-day strategic off-site, and post meeting follow-on plan.

LEAP 201™ Executive Mastermind

LEAP 201™ is a series of LEAP Advisor facilitated, remote peer group calls among "transitioning out" CEOs in mastermind format. This bi-weekly ongoing program is designed for owners that are still playing a big part in the company's success, but are planning to change their title, and day-to-day focus.

Kurt is the Founder and CEO of LEAP Business Advisors, a Boston-based business transition advisory firm. Kurt specializes in guiding owners of closely held businesses and their senior executives through periods of change, focusing on enhancing team performance and executive alignment. He has over 18 years of experience in business transition advising from his time spent as an insurance broker in the Boston area, to his many years assisting private physician groups with succession planning in Northern Worcester County. Kurt takes a humanistic, psychology-based approach to solving business problems. His work as a business transition advisor addresses key areas of management and operations, such as mastering communication with 4 generations in the workforce, mastering organizational capability, and facilitating mutual gains negotiations.Kurt graduated from Bryant University with a BS in Marketing and continues to be a lifelong learner.
